Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Bianchi Clothing. We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the next business day. During busy periods, processing time may take up to 5 business days.
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders within the United States.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. For lost or stolen packages, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once confirmed.
